About this product

Architonic ID: 20752237

Year of Launch: 1926

Eileen Gray created not only some of the most important furniture classics of the 20th century but also had her own studio where rugs were produced according to her designs. Some of her most beautiful patterns are part of the ClassiCon collection: highly durable, high-quality products produced with skilled craftsmanship. The textile artworks, woven with 80 knots per square inch (6.45 cm²) from 100% hand-spun New Zealand virgin wool, are easy to clean and suitable for allergy sufferers. Virgin wool is biodegradable and a renewable resource. The colour pigments are environmentally friendly and tested according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100. De Stijl is based on Eileen Gray’s gouaches and pencil drawings from the 1920s. Its geometric design is based on a grid of black lines, a navy blue rectangle and a beige circle motif.

Available in the standard sizes 220 x 300 cm or 250 x 345 cm. Customized sizes on request.
