Product description

The new PK1 chair is made of stainless steel and natural wicker. The wicker is crafted from the stem of the climbing palm. The wicker varies in colour and develops a beautiful patina with time. True to Kjærholm's original vision, the wicker version is an addition to the beautiful, clean-cut PK1 chair.

Concept

Poul Kjærholm's PK1 dining chair, designed in 1955, comprises a steel frame and a combined flag halyard seat and backrest, which ensures a high degree of comfort and visual lightness. It is available in several steel variants and it is possible to stack up to five chairs at a time, making the PK1 a versatile and practical dining chair. The PK1 is also available as an outdoor version with a stainless steel frame and weather-resistant flag halyard.
