1440 – 1446 4-legged frame, made of precision round steel tube 16 x 2 mm, chrome-plated as standard, optionally powder-coated according to BRUNE® collection. Stackability requires the optional stacking protection. Frame 1450-1451 in die-cast aluminium polished as standard, optionally powder-coated with structure black matt. 4-arm base with conical arms. Swivel column Ø 50 mm at the bottom and Ø 40 mm at the top. Without gliders as standard. Seat shell in beech cross veneer as standard, optionally in oak cross veneer, natural coloured or stained according to BRUNE® collection or upholstered.

Concept

Classic shaped wood shells with a milled edge have been used for a long time to achieve comfortable flexibility. ALVO (Latin for waist) interprets in a new form the archetypes of acomfortable shaped wood shell. It combines the oscillation of the back rest with the aid of concave forming and creates a unique sense of sitting. The sophisticated structure of the steel frame is reminiscent of the Scandinavian tradition and has the potential to become a design classic.
