2 x 2 design pass-through letterbox GOETHE MDW with nameplate - RAL of your choice The modern 2 wall pass-through letterbox GOETHE is ideal for the sophisticated entrance area. The straight-lined design makes this letterbox look particularly elegant. Due to the variable shaft length between 300mm and 390mm or 390mm and 560mm, this letterbox can be used in almost all types of masonry. The dimensions of the individual boxes allow a capacity of approx. 24-44 litres, the large insertion guarantees no crumpled mail even with DIN C4 envelopes and magazines or after several days' absence. The water drainage edge ensures that the mail inside is optimally protected from the weather. The insertion flap is equipped with high-quality axle dampers, so quiet closing is guaranteed and there is no annoying rattling due to weather influences. The exchangeable name plates made of Plexiglas can be conveniently operated from the front, for an optimal appearance we recommend the flush name plate with laser engraving (see accessories). The 2nd name plate is equipped with the advertising Yes/No insert. The letterboxes in the GOETHE collection are characterised by the consistent use of stainless steel. The result is a very high durability and sustainability. The design has been developed by our own engineers with a view to high flexibility or modularity, simple spare parts assembly and uncomplicated self-assembly. Spare parts for all GOETHE systems are available directly in our shop. Thanks to the design, self-assembly is uncomplicated. Protected utility model according to DPMA file number DE: 20 2021 101 679.5 High-quality 2-fold pass-through letterbox completely made of stainless steel. Shaft made of stainless steel 1.4016 (non-rusting magnetic stainless steel), blank. Body made of stainless steel 1.4016 (non-rusting magnetic stainless steel), powder-coated in RAL of your choice. Quality production - Made in Germany by Briefkasten Manufaktur Lippe. The letterboxes comply with DIN/EN 13724. Insert size (3.5 cm x 36.0 cm) for C4 landscape, large letters also fit in here without bending. Letter trays & removal doors made of stainless steel V2A 1.4301, powder-coated in RAL of your choice. The letters are inserted and removed from the front. Insertion flap with high-quality axle dampers for very quiet insertion of mail. Removal doors open from top to bottom. This prevents the mail from falling towards you. Plexiglas nameplates for name inscription and 2nd nameplate advertising Yes/No per party. Plaster cover frame made of stainless steel angle profile 25 x 58 mm, powder-coated in RAL colour. Variable shaft length 300-390mm or 390-560mm. Outer dimensions letter chute W 380 mm x H 180mm. Outer dimensions front and rear W 450mm x H 450mm. Important information: For optimum water protection of your mail, the letterbox or letterbox system should, if possible, be located under a canopy. Mail is only protected from water when it is completely inserted in the box and the insertion flap is closed. Mail that is not completely inserted allows moisture and dirt to penetrate the letterbox. This unit is protected against water ingress in accordance with DIN EN 13724. Water ingress is not a reason for complaint.

Concept

The modern GOETHE letterbox is ideal for the sophisticated entrance area. The combination of discreet design (without visible lock), very high quality and innovative technology make this letterbox an elegant and functional design element. The innovative push-key lock is concealed invisibly inside the letterbox. The key is simply inserted into the existing opening (no turning necessary) and the door opens. The locking mechanism will soon be expanded to include an electronic lock for operation via Bluetooth or 12V for fingerprint systems. The insertion flap is equipped with high-quality axle dampers, so quiet closing is guaranteed and there is no annoying rattling due to weather conditions.
