Tito Agnoli is a designer that has contributed to Bonacina Pierantonio success since many years. This year to the Salone del Mobile, he presents a re-edition of his stackable chair “CHYLIUM” designed in 1959.
A special document dated October 2nd, 1959, from Bonacina Pierantonio archives, mentions about the chair:
“Document of deposit October 2nd, 1959 – MINUTES no. 2899
Deposit minutes for patent of industrial ornamental product
Chair consisting of a shell with a part in Manila cane and a net weaving in rattan and rush, put on a tubular structure.
Patent for industrial model nr. 79378”
The re-edition of the chair has been completed by a new stackable armchair that re-propose in a different size the net weaving in rattan and rush and the technical details.
The two products are trimmed by a thick sitting cushion in felt.
