Rowing (even on a rowing machine) is one of the healthiest sports of all. It’s a true “full body workout”: from the legs through the back, abs, shoulders all the way through to the forearms. And all this while being extremely easy on your joints. One thing, however, needs to be considered: You have to do the movement correctly. But don't worry, the integrated, digital trainer of the AUGLETICS rowing machines will help you do exactly that. It will give you instant visual feedback on how you can improve your rowing movement even further to fully experience the aforementioned benefits.

By the way, you can use the rowing movement for endurance training as well as strength training. For an intensive strength training, simply increase the resistance and use one of the high-effort levels. This way you can build up muscles in no time. If you are more interested in losing pounds, we recommend resistance levels 3-8. This way you will be able to keep your training up for longer and really get your whole body going during a 30-minute workout, for example.
