Tulip Midi

Armchairs from Artifort, Designed by Pierre Paulin

Product description

The Tulip Midi, at the time known as 'F549,' was the missing member of the Tulip family. The armchair was designed by Pierre Paulin in 1960 and now completes the series. In terms of its dimensions, this midsize armchair is the perfect equilibrium between the Little Tulip dining chair and the large Tulip armchair. The Tulip Midi is equipped with either a cross-base or a disc base and comes in many colours and fabrics as well as leather.

Construction
The Tulip Midi has as an upholstered seat and backrest with two different bases. The backrest is connected to the seat by means of three steel strips. The armchair is available with a polished aluminium base and chrome shaft. The rotatable base is also available in a powder-coated model. In addition to this, the Tulip Midi is available with a non-rotary cross- base in polished stainless steel or with a powder coating.
