The idea is as simple as it is ingenious: a single filigree profile just 24 mm thick forms a complete yet flexible system to "draw" light in the room. Carlotta de Bevilacqua has developed A.24 as a holistic architectural lighting solution that can be installed as a recessed, ceiling or pendant luminaire. The circular version A.24 Circular is designed with a choice of diffuse or focused (sharping) light distribution. The Circular stand-alone combines the technical competence of the of the A.24 system with a decorative aspect.

Concept

In A.24 Carlotta de Bevilacqua has developed a flexible system for “drawing” light in the space. Just 24 mm deep, the profile can be installed as a recessed, ceiling or pendant light to follow flat or three- dimensional surfaces. Various performance solutions can be integrated into the profile: diffuse light, sharp light guides with three openings or an intelligent magnetic track. A.24 is an open platform for other architectural collections from Artemide, such as the Vector Magnetic spot system, which is available in two sizes, each with three light beam openings (spot, flood, wide flood). Its direct power connection points up to 14 m apart means that A.24 can move around the room freely.
