To complement Duna’s source of inspiration, Duna has been reimagined in sustainably-made shell options made in a 100% recycled post-industrial material. Inspired by nature, in the service of nature. The eco-friendly version is compatible with 4 leg base, in powder-coated steel or wood, and is available in anthracite color.
Concept
Delicate and enveloping like a flower, the Duna 02 line is also evocative and contemporary. Born in 2000, its iconic character still makes it a design classic that lends itself to being continually reinvented. In addition to the new polypropylene shell, Duna 02 is now available in a new range of colours, with a slender profile, delicate curves and a more sophisticated finish.
The elegant silhouette of Duna 02 makes it suitable for residential and common spaces, both indoor and outdoor. The plastic shell is also available with seat cushion, front upholstery or entirely upholstered in fabric, coated fabric or leather. The shells can be combined with all the bases of the collection for configurations suitable for any type of environment: four legs, sled, wooden legs, trestle (with or without castors) and five ways on castors. Removable outdoor seat cushions and front cushions complete the collection.

Lievore Altherr –Alberto Lievore (Buenos Aires, 1948) y Jeannette Altherr (Heidelberg, 1965) begins in 2016 after a 25 year trajectory as Lievore Altherr Molina. The Barcelona-based studio specializes in product design & development, strategic consulting, creative direction, art direction, and ephemeral architecture for internationally recognized design companies such as Arper, Andreu World, Vibia, Tribu, among others. Lievore Altherr develops projects using an established strategy: a creative concept integrating product design and its communication. This holistic approach, humanist character, and the search for the essential in their projects – combined with a sensibility that transmits harmony and balance – characterize the designs of Lievore Altherr. After a long professional career as one of the co-founders of the Lievore Altherr Molina studio, 2016 will welcome the start of a new professional chapter, the creation of Estudi Manel Molina with the collaboration of Raimon Monsarro and Daniel Castro. The studio will continue developing projects in industrial design and consulting activities.
