Executive desk and console: top and side panels in a new essence of eucalyptus, legs and feet in textured Magnesium metal in a silvery-grey tone.
Wall Street stimulates us with a series of suggestions: New York City, the world of finance, bulls against bears. For Arketipo, it's all about opportunity—the opportunity to do something that has never been done before. For Mauro Lipparini, it is seizing this opportunity and creating a design never seen before. These are furniture that goes beyond furnishing a simple office. They help to create a real "think tank", where transformative ideas can be compared, with all the seriousness they deserve. This is an executive desk for brainstorming and analyzing ideas, the hub of a space where the smallest details are considered, in the same way that the most important decisions are made.
Lipparini started by measuring himself against the more conventional structures present in an office, but he opted for essential and distinctive shapes, such as the trapeze-rectangles of the tops. The resulting system is an aggregate of asymmetrical planes, offset from each other, superimposed and geometrically articulated, so as to obtain an extraordinary dimensional adaptability, both in the orthogonal and in the longitudinal direction. To complete this captivating system there is also a chest of drawers-consolle which can be placed under the desk for a more classic function, but which has such a personality as to also allow it to be used autonomously and independently. Wall Street offers an opportunity to do something totally different.
