Product description

An organic coated steel made of a 100% biobased resin for improved indoor air quality

The green chemistry used to create Estetic® BioAir is completely new. The bio content ratio is at 100% of the resin, so about 70% of the paint layer. Estetic® BioAir has been certified “***” (3 stars, meaning a biobased content between 60 and 80%) by the official organism Vinçotte, ans qualified by Eurofin Indoor Air comfort label that included Belgium, French and German regulations

Estetic® BioAir emits very low levels of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) emissions. It provides the best level of indoor air quality to ensure health and comfort of building occupants. The steel surface is easy to clean compared to other materials and resists to cleaning agents, aromatics, mineral oils and alcohols.

Estetic® BioAir complies with REACh regulation and can be used in all interiors of education, housing, healthcare, offices, commercial, sport and leisure buildings. Its interest is even greater in healthcare, schools and nurseries. It contributes to obtain sustainable building construction labels like Bream and Leed.

Estetic® BioAir can be used in a large panel of applications, like:
• ceiling systems
• walls (inner side of sandwich panels or façade cladding)

• furniture
