The voice of " Silenzio (Silence)" plus the sound of a " Strappo (Tear)" gives inspiration to "Soffio (Breath)". It’s as if a gust of wind, caressing the wall, had taken away a piece of the wall itself, softening it with a sinuous touch, lightweight and elegant and modeling its continuation, from which comes my creation "Soffio".
Soffio is part of the new concept that antoniolupi has been working on for a few years. Begun in 2008 with “Il Canto del Fuoco”, followed by the sinks “Strappo” and “Silenzio”, to the accessories “Sesamo” and showerheads “Meteo”. antoniolupi uses the wall and the ceiling, not only as elements delimiting the room, but designs them and uses them. Hence why the sink integrates perfectly into the wall to display only the part you really need. A sink that seems to come out from the wall, but at the same time gives it life and form.
“Soffio” is made of Corian, after its installation it is plastered and whitewashed then finished with paint like the rest of the wall and disappears within it. “Soffio” is a “naked” basin that can be dressed up and updated with different finishes. The bowl and the light elements are suggestive. The LED lighting is internally integrated with a blue and white light.
Dimensions: Soffio is a more modern basin than its precedents due to its concise size, the total width of the frame is 72 cm.
