Innovative architecture and functional design lend a distinctive look to this private villa. The building comprises three separate spaces, each of which was designed and developed to meet specific needs. The first space accommodates laundry and utilities, the second is dedicated to the ensuite bedrooms, and the double-height third space hosts a large living area that opens onto a porch and garden with swimming pool.

The spacious, light-filled living room incorporates luxury finishes, like the oak flooring and refined furniture choices. The Gregory seating system is perfectly at home in this setting that blends contemporary design, comfort and attention to even the smallest details.

The villa was designed by ZDA Zupelli Design Architettura, and Ghiroldi Design for the furnishings.
