The bird’s nests of our most feathered friends are unsurpassed in their perfection and aesthetics. They are lightweight, yet stable. The wind can pass through them, yet eggs and chicks remain safe and sound. This is what makes them fascinating – and affords them an artistic beauty.

Inspired by nature, we have developed a combined birdhouse and birdbath in the modern architectural style. The materials used were porous fibre cement boards. Given a rounded form, the two half shells offer birds and their feed the best possible protection – all while demonstrating minimum wind resistance. In the summer, the bird house can be turned upside-down and converted into a shady birdbath. The special material used for the two shells is lightweight and weather-resistant.

Untreated, it will gradually take on an attractive, natural-looking patina. The birdhouse is a stylish feature for modern gardens, terraces and balconies.
