AETAS Table

Table AETAS- affectionate design across the time The harmonic interplay between single elements and carefully balanced proportions creates a clear shape. The table is a symbiosis build on values from the past and modern. Especially the relation to earlier ages gives a unique charm to the model.

Solid wood table top 4 cm (1 5/8”) thick, full-length 7- 9 cm (2 3/4” – 3 1/2”) width staved. For smaller tables 3 cm (1 1/8”) thicknes. Custom made. Available in different sizes as required.

Wood types: European oak and knotted oak, ash, beech, core beech, American walnut and cherry-wood. Standard coating: treatment with herbal oil.

The 4 cm thick, but seemingly thin looking solid wood board creates a seamless transition to the four angled table legs. The particularly detailed legs out of solid wood ensure an elegant design. Slanted edges of the table top accentuate the outstanding wood grain.

A table, which merges design and contemporary requirements in a harmonic way. This mixture also convinced the German Design Council. AETAS was honored with the Interior Innovation Award 2014 and nominated for German Design Award 2015.
