AIR is a range of light, contemporary furniture that is equally at home in public spaces and private gardens. The curved leg profiles create visual tension and give the furniture strength. The airy design makes AIR both easy to position and accommodating. The furniture can be free-standing or bolted down.
The AIR table is easy to position and can be free-standing or bolted down.
The steel details are hot-dip galvanised (901) and designed for long-term use. Choose from nearly 200 different RAL colours for powder coating (900). All screws and fittings are supplied in acid-resistant or stainless steel.
Products with wood comes with linseed-oil-impregnated PEFC-certified pine from Scandinavia. Hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated standard products with wood can also be supplied with Kebony Radiata®. Oiled oak or ash recommended indoors.
Other types of wood are available on request.
Concept
The award-winning, versatile furniture designer Atle Tveit is responsible for the homogeneous BLOC furniture range together with Lars Tornøe. Tveit has now set up his own design studio in the old control tower at Fornebu, which may have inspired more airy design.
