Leonard swing lounge chair

The Leonardo seamless chair has an upholstered backrest and seating surface and four wooden legs. Despite the simple look, the chair went through a number of changes to reach this current design. The chair’s original design had a similar side design at the top, which is the seating surface. The design of the back support over an extension of the seating surface dramatically changes the image of chair. Despite the simple design, the stitch line of the seating surface is a single stroke. The surface of the back support and back surface are made up of two surfaces. The side surface of the seat connects to the back surface, and the back surface draws a gentle curve that extends to the surface’s stitch line on the back support. By using soft curves to create several surfaces, despite its simple, seamless structure, we worked behind-the-scenes to find the perfect relationship between the back support and seating surface from past complicated changes and production processes.
