The stacking light chair

This is a stacking chair made up of only the essential parts of a chair, the backplate, seat frame, legs, and seat. The shaved solid wood parts are assembled using finger joints so that the screws cannot be seen. We made the seat flat so that the chairs are stable when stacked. It is light, and the seat is fixed only with screws on the reverse side, so it is easy to re-upholster it as well.
