The Carlton

The Carlton is a chimneypiece of simple construction in white marble enriched by a series of finely carved mouldings to both the pilasters and frieze.

New York based designer, Alexa Hampton, is annually listed by Architectural Digest as one of America’s top interior designers. From an early age she traveled the world in the company of her father, the legendary American designer, Mark Hampton, visiting the great architectural landmarks. Her collection for Chesney’s reflects these early experiences, displaying her familiarity with the classical architectural vocabulary but showing her ability to re-invent the form in a contemporary manner.
