SLOW is a family of handmade, nature-inspired furniture purposefully crafted from sustainable materials such as teak, bamboo, cane, rope, and iron for category-defining interiors.

Drawing on the insights of the slow movement and the wabi-sabi aesthetics, with SLOW collection we aim to design and build products that pay tribute to century-old traditions of craftsmanship while we contribute towards a brighter footprint as individuals and as hospitality furniture experts.

SLOW in fact is a literal and figurative name, as it’s an acronym for sustainable, local, organic, and wise – and advocates for a more considered, purposeful approach to the interior design and furniture industry.

Wabi-sabi on the other hand, is a world view centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of appreciating beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature.

Characteristics of wabi-sabi aesthetics and principles like asymmetry, roughness, simplicity, economy, austerity, modesty, intimacy, and the appreciation of both natural materials and the forces of nature, are subtle qualities that can be found throughout the SLOW family.
