The long diagonal of the rhombus tile measures 195 mm (7 5/8”) whilst the short diagonal measures 114 mm (4 ½”).
Each hexagonal cube is composed by placing 3 rhombus tiles together. There are 90 tiles per square metre (9 tiles per square foot).
Concept
Whilst experimenting with ways to reuse the wasted stone we found ourselves with, we came up with the idea of cutting and placing the offcuts of Bamboo, one of our most popular textures, in non-conventional ways.
The result was Romboo, not only an environmentally-friendly solution but also a stunning new pattern in its own right. Composed of a series of rhombus-shaped tiles, when placed together they form a three-dimensional hexagonal effect which comes dramatically to life when bathed in light. Ideal for statement and feature walls and bathrooms, including shower floors thanks to the grip they offer.
Available in Bianco Carrara, Crema d'Orcia, Pietra d'Avola and Silk Georgette.
