Nolita is a family of outdoor seatings which recalls the origins of a historic course, started by Mario Pedrali in 1963 with his first metal garden chairs. A sofa featuring simple and iconic shapes with steel tube frame powder coated for outdoor use and cushions in waterproof fabric and polyurethane foam inside. The versatility of Nolita sofa lies in the possibility to combine different modules, linear or angular, with right or left armrest, in order to create different compositions. A new connecting top is conceived to link the different modules of the Nolita Sofa. This solid laminate top is available in both rectangular and angular (30°) versions and is available in different colours.

CMP is an acronym of Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, the three founders and friends who gave birth to the studio in 2009. All three come from a university experience at the Milan Polytechnic extremely fertile in ideas, due to the happy circumstance of a human environment full of positive and creative relationships. The distinctive feature of all CMP's works could be identified in the materialization of visual connections between objects of the past, objects of popular culture and natural elements. The latter are the basic ingredients of each project, which are then combined by intuition, and simplified through the three-way dialogue, to produce simple and timeless concepts.
