Concept
Paustian Modular Sofa is designed for Paustian by the Danish architect Erik Rasmussen.
The sofa has a classic design which has remained ever popular, thanks to its unique ability to alter its expression, depending on the module combination and upholstering.
The modular sofa is ideal for lounge and reception areas, open offices, course centres and the home. It can be used as a separate sofa for two or more persons, as a corner arrangement, and in other individual groupings.
The sofa consists of straight and corner sofa modules, as well as a pouffe, all of which can be combined to create exactly the sofa you would like.
The sofa’s minimalist design idiom helps to emphasise the surrounding architecture, and can produce an almost sculptural effect.
MATERIALS
The sofa consists of a fibre panel frame with pantéra foam on the seat and back, covered in either fabric or leather. The modules rest on 2 cm high rubber feet.
The modular sofa has a non-removable cover.
