Incroci

This modular rug is produced by joining a variable number of strips lengthwise.

Each strip has a width of 20 cm and is composed of wool cords in different solid or mélange colours, which are sewn together lengthwise as well. The strips so produced have different lengths and are sewn together to form the surface of the rug.

Between the different parts composing the strip, a wool cord is sewn perpendicularly. The number of strips varies according to the dimension of the rug. The border features a wool cord all along the perimeter in the predominant colour of the rug.

Wool cords in solid colours have been part of the collection for years; today, they are also available in a palette of over hundred unpredictable mélange tones. They can be shaped, woven or sewn to create endless combinations, which are never alike.
