Simple yet refined, sophisticated yet versatile, Nym Soft recalls the outlines of the omonymous wooden chairs collection, subtly accentuating and enhancing its comfort. The result is a timeless, organic chair reminiscent of the hollow of a hand, a nest or an embrace. The key feature of Nym Soft lies in the different densities of the polyurethane foam padding, which is significantly thicker in the seat area, ensuring adaptability and support- two central elements of comfort. Nym Soft is available with solid ash wood legs, a steel rod sled frame, or a swivelling base with return mechanism. The wooden elements of Nym Soft are FSC-certified and finished with bio water-based paints. The use of raw materials sourced from certified forests and of water- based paints made principally from plant-derived resins is a guarantee of our company’s commitment to environmental sustainability.
Materials: steel frame padded with flexible polyurethane foam. Solid ash wood legs or steel rod sled frame Ø11mm.
Finishes: bleached ash wood, ash wood stained light walnut, or ash wood lacquered light grey, black or white. Upholstery in fabric or simil leather.

CMP is an acronym of Cazzaniga Mandelli Pagliarulo, the three founders and friends who gave birth to the studio in 2009. All three come from a university experience at the Milan Polytechnic extremely fertile in ideas, due to the happy circumstance of a human environment full of positive and creative relationships. The distinctive feature of all CMP's works could be identified in the materialization of visual connections between objects of the past, objects of popular culture and natural elements. The latter are the basic ingredients of each project, which are then combined by intuition, and simplified through the three-way dialogue, to produce simple and timeless concepts.
