Bender
Architonic ID: 1545249
Year of Launch: 2018
Concept
In a manifest homage to the world of contemporary sculpture, the Bender side table reinterprets, on a reduced scale, the concept of a sheet of metal affected by the motion of a wave that curves and stretches.
A sharp and decisive mark gives shape to the metal sheet of the base on top of which rests a bronzed glass surface. A double shade, glossy and opaque, defines the two surfaces of the supporting structure, which combines the satin Light "Bronze" painted metal with the Corten or Sand coloured glossy paint.
The Bender family comes in a range of round, rectangular and square tables and consoles of different heights to dialogue with the various furnishing solutions of the living room. Thus contrasting the sinuous lines and the transparency of the surfaces to the full mass of the seats.
