AcoustiVeil is an eco-friendly shadecloth that absorbs sound while filtering light. It is nearly opaque while providing effective protection from excess glare and permitting diffused light at the window. The textile is PVC-free and features a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 0.575. It is lightweight, with a soft hand, and is fully NFPA 701-2004 compliant. In addition, AcoustiVeil now has Declare label, necessary for projects seeking to meet Living Building Challenge requirements. MechoSystems stocks this material in White, Grey and Black colors and in 86 inch (218 cm) width.
