Valet stand “fixed on the wall”, available with lower shelves in two different depth (32 cm or 48 cm) and available with shelves in two different finishings:
Liquid painting version coloured RAL-K7 9010 white or RAL-K7 9017 black, or “cement effect” available in the Chiaro and Scuro variant. Contoured doublepaneled shelves (depth 32cm) thickness 18 mm, constituted of a 7 cmframe in solid beech wood and board honeycomb, enclosed by two aluminium plates. Whilst lower shelves depth 48cm, in “sandwich” of MDF and aluminum sheet.
All shelves versions, fitted with holes and bushings to allow the fixing of the posts.
“Laminate” version with upper and lower (in both depths) shelves in “sandwich” of MDF and aluminum sheet, enclosed in two sheets of laminate with embossed finish and perimetral edges in black thermoplastic material. Shelves fitted with holes and bushings to allow the fix ing of the posts.
For both versions, steel uprights Ø22 mm, with inserted fixing element and integrated height-adjustable PVC feet, finish with epoxy powder coating in RALK7 9010 white, RAL-K7 9017 black or gunmetal grey color.
The structure is fitted with 2 supplementary steel supports with integrated height adjustable PVC feet, secured to the bottom shelf.
Wall fixing element, composed of a couple of “male-female” thread pivots (that allow a depth adjustment of the valet stand), anchored to the external posts through screws.
Hanger supports in steel rod Ø16 mm, fixed to the uprights and painted in the their same finishing.
Hangers consisting of a Ø12 mm calendered steel rod and Ø35 mm steel ring lacquered with epoxy powder coating black or gunmetal grey colour, together by a “band” of sewn black leather.

Lukas' work is internationally recognized and has won international design awards such as IDSA/IDEA gold, IF, Spark gold, and Best of Neocon. Business Insider named Lukas as one of the 75 most influential designers in technology. Biography After graduating from University of Art and Design Zurich, Lukas deepened his understanding of design working in architecture and in the world of luxury goods at Bally. At IDEO he demonstrated his creative capacity by designing complex medical devices for Medtronic, consumer electronics for Western Digital, and furniture for Steelcase to name a few clients. Lukas sits on the nominating committee of the Swiss Design Awards and since 2013 in the Jury of the prestigious IDSA/IDEA awards. He has won international design awards such as the IDSA/IDEA, IF, Spark, and Best of Neocon. In 2008 Scherrer co-founded mimijumi, a design-driven maker of goods for the modern family. As design director for mimijumi, Lukas overviews the whole creative process from brand creation to the tinniest product details.
