Basic... but not ordinary

Nature and architecture often follow the same principles. They rely on elemental forms such as lines, dots, rectangles and circles. The Basic luminaire series draws inspiration from one of the most original geometries: the circle. A form of quiet strength. A strength that does not impose itself, but opens up space.

One family, many characters

The Basic series comprises five distinct lines. Each one interprets the concept of the light circle in its own unique way: sometimes subtle and understated, sometimes present and full of character.

Basic Déco:

A coloured inner reflector and the luminaire body subtly emphasise the circular shape. This creates a circle of light that does not dominate the room, but adds atmosphere.

Basic Superflat:

A stepped luminaire body with a visible frame profile of just 18 millimetres gives the Superflat line its graphic clarity. The light becomes a visual element: quiet, reduced, precise.

Basic Max:

The Max line is the origin of the series. For over fifteen years, it has proven itself to be reliable, present and versatile in architecture. With diameters of up to two metres and an overall height of 75 millimetres, it offers generous scope for striking lighting scenarios.

Basic Neo:

The Neo line combines the archetype of the Basic Max series with the possibilities of state-of-the-art technology. With an overall height of just 38 millimetres and a minimalist edge, the result is a luminaire that brings form and function to the point while offering maximum energy efficiency.

Basic Ambient:

With its satinised ambient diffuser, the Ambient range provides discreet, uniform ceiling illumination. The light is clearly in the foreground, while the luminaire itself remains deliberately understated.
