Concept
Plus Minus has a gridded structure and offers a play of intricate graphic shifts that emerges from its surface. While it has the purity of a plain, it also integrates subtle horizontal and vertical rhythms that merge into its semi-transparent ground. The curtain’s distinctive natural look and hand derive from a newly developed yarn, which creates irregular lines of tiny slubs. Plus Minus has the same ground as Plus, opening versatile combination opportunities.

Biography Inga Sempé French designer, born in Paris, Inga Sempé graduated from Les Ateliers (National School of Industrial Creation, Paris) in 1993. From 2000 till 2001 she was scholarship holder at the Villa Medici, Academy of France in Rome and her own ouvert Studio the same year. In the beginning, she first collaborated with the Italian companies Cappellini and Edra. Now Sempé works with scandinavian Among Others, italian and french companies Such As HAY, Ligne Roset, Wästberg, Alessi, LucePlan, Mutina, Røros, Moustache, Svenskt Tenn, Gärsnäs. She lives and works in Paris assisted by two other designers.
