KIM | Color 05

The covering material »KIM« is based on »JIL« and is also made of pure merino-wool. »KIM« obtains its characteristic wrinkled appearance through the elaborate and time-consuming manual process of tying, fulling and boiling. This process has been derived from silk processing and is used today only by YDOL. The result is a unique fabric, combining ancient wool-processing craft with modern technical requirements. RELAX fabrics are produced entirely in Germany.

A colour palette of 36 colours offers the possibility of a wide range of combinations. The colours have been specially developed for RELAX – ranging from classically neutral to strong trendy colour shades.

The colours can be freely chosen and combined in terms of quantity and proportion, thereby creating an individually coloured surface area.
