For SKYLINE, the new textures designed by Marco Piva for Kaza Concrete, we encounter a graphic that represents the overall view of a city's buildings and structures against the sky, a skyline, indeed. The contrast given by Skyline three-dimensional texture is really of impact, and can be used in different contexts, both horizontal or vertical, to give new possibilities to the concrete material: not just the world's most commonly used building material, but a dynamic and changeable one, in different situation. Moreover, the pattern interlaces across tiles, and renders different combinations are possible. Thus, even with concrete, customisation is possible, and Skyline could be the way. The aim, in SKYLINE, is to demonstrate that concrete is a versatile material, and we can shape it both for new innovative architectures and for unexpected and unusual interior design. The innovation comes from the matter, for building a better skyline for our future.

He also designed the Concept Design for Bulgari worldwide windows and the Casa Alitalia lounges for Alitalia.
