The Happy Jack sofa is available in either a linear or modular configuration with corner modules, a corner sofa, and reclining chaise longue. It has a leather-covered aluminum die-cast base that lifts the sofa off the floor, adding levity and elegance, and a painted cast aluminum foot that remains visually suspended from the crossbar, heightening the sense of lightness. The covering is removable and can be made entirely of Pelle Frau® leather, or a combination of leather and saddle leather or fabric. The stitching is tone-on-tone for the version in Pelle Frau® leather and fabric, and contrasting for the version in saddle leather. The reclining chaise longue module is available with an electric mechanism inside the seat cushion, allowing lifting at various angles to adjust the inclination of the user’s back and legs when lying down. The movement can be easily controlled using either a wireless remote control.
Concept
Happy Jack recalls the Let it Be support base, in die-cast aluminium upholstered in leather, which suspends the sofa over the floor, offering a sense of lightness and elegance. The base is completed by a foot in burnished lacquered cast aluminium and Ruthenium, which remains visually suspended from the crossbar, enhancing the perception of lightness.
