Concept
For those working from home, Girsberger has developed the functional and aesthetically appealing "La Punt" furniture range. This space-saving solution meets all the requirements of a professional home office. Essentially, "La Punt" is a bridge-like solid wood console desk with a fold-away work surface, making it suitable for any home. Not least thanks to its solid wood construction, it is an office desk which fits perfectly into living spaces. The range also comprises various additional storage elements that can be combined to create customized workspace solutions.
The collection also includes a bench that can serve as a meeting point and centrepiece for office gatherings.

Born in 1963, he studied industrial design at Hamburg University of Fine Arts under the tutelage of Prof. Dieter Rams. He has worked internationally as a product designer for various renowned furniture makers and has received numerous awards. Mathias Seiler has had overall responsibility for design and marketing at Girsberger since 2010.
