Concept
Whether they resemble imposing rock formations or skeletal structures from large marine mammals, the Bigwig collection of tables by Roberto Lazzeroni is inspired by organic forms and reflect the interior designs of the 1930s and 1940s, when, thanks to ethological research and extensive geographical exploration, the animal world, with its charm and legends entered our homes in the form of decorative details and the shape of furniture. The Bigwig table has a very strong style with sculptural features. The top, rectangular with gently curved corners, is available in canaletto walnut and leather or with glass details, but also in artistic variations with Calacatta, Portoro or Zerbino marble inserts. The top, which rests on a base made of two leather-covered star-shaped legs, is also available in an extra-large size.
