Concept
FIREPLAC®
The core boards of FIREPLAC®A1 fire-resistant panels are made from a natural mineral called VERMICULITE. It is free of any cement or gypsum content, and contains neither asbestos or silicate fibres. FIREPLAC® A1 is available as a raw board in three different versions with varying densities: S750, S850 and S950. The FIREPLAC® board can be processed using all standard tools and machines. FIREPLAC® A2 is available with various natural noble wood surfaces and laminate coatings, and in plain colours or wood grain. Available finished with either noble wood or a laminate coating, FIREPLAC® is officially approved as NON-FLAMMABLE A2 as per DIN 4102. The FIREPLAC® INDEWO is classified as hybrid Product A2-s1-d0 according to EN 13501. Both classifications are only made possible through special protected production processes.
Applications: Interior design of building areas that are required to be NON-FLAMMABLE by German construction law. Emergency escape and rescue routes, wall and ceiling panelling according to Regional Building Regulations.
