Lounge chair Fabian is understated, but also makes its presence felt in a room. Its generous shell shape and matching ottoman transform sitting into an experience.
Lounge chair Fabian was envisioned as “a chair from which you’ll never want to get up once you sit down.” Relying on the technical capabilities and craftsmanship at Montis, comfort was at the top of designer Oliver Schick's wish list. At the same time, he designed a piece “that can make a statement in any space.” Its shell shape is understated yet distinctive. Experimenting with materials and proportions, Schick found in Fabian the optimal balance between comfort and expressiveness. The lounge chair is made up of three main parts: the shell-shaped seat, a back and seat cushion and a base. With an eye on sustainability and recycling, the base is made of recycled plastic. The handy zipper allows you to easily fluff up or replace the seat and back cushions, so you can enjoy this piece for years to come. An extensive range of leather or fabric options and an additional swivel or return mechanism make Fabian suitable both at home and for commercial projects. A matching ottoman (with a handy storage compartment under the top) is available to finish the set.
