Elegance, passion for details and quality food are just some of the key words to describe Alfa Living products, born from Alfa 1977’s experience, always headed towards innovation.

The products of Alfa Living were created to satisfy the needs of the most demanding customers and establish new standards of quality for wood fired ovens.

All of our products are carefully projected and handmade in the Anagni factory, close to Rome. Every oven is provided with a weatherproof exterior with a two-layer painting, a double-thickness refractory fireclay cooking top, a cooking chamber made of special steel resistant to high temperatures up to 1,000° C / 1,832° F. and door glass – up to 800° C / 1,472° F. Those details ensure outstanding performances and excellent cooking.

The true innovation of Alfa 1977 is the refined design of the products with a great choice of shapes and colors never seen before. It makes Alfa Living ovens really special and suitable for use in any location.

In this way Alfa Living builds a new concept of oven, not exclusevely related to the classic country brick oven.
