PEACOCK- Dror Benshetrit opened his studio in New York in 2002. His work focuses primarily on bringing poetry to the necessary functionality of materials, drawing from a sophisticated artistic sensibility and extensive experience in industrial engineering. This brand new collaboration with Cappellini gives life to Peacock, an armchair created entirely of a single sheet of felt wrapped over a metal base varnished in dark brown. Two-tone felt combining a base of grey with green and blue or one-tone felt green or blue: a soft material with gentle edges that magically transforms into a functional, comfortable and inviting product.
