Panorama New is a modular sectional sofa capable of creating an unprecedented domestic landscape, offering spaces for meeting, islands of comfort and genuine refuges in which to abandon yourself in complete freedom. Its geometry stimulates the combination of different elements, transforming the living area into the warmest and most welcoming of environments. The Panorama New sofa collection is based on a particular element that can be considered the system’s real unit of measurement: the hexagonal shaped pouf which, with armrests and backrest, becomes an armchair and which in turn can be combined with other armchairs and sofas to obtain the most diverse configurations. As such it represents the maximum expression of personalisation and creativity. The cover, in fabric or leather, is completely removable and features a special quilting pattern on the armrests and backrest.

Berrux, a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Dijon, founded Societe 18 Août, a design studio that creates quirky and unusual objects, in the late 1980s. His designs for Roche Bobois include the FLOWER, an homage to Andy Warhol and HOT-COLD table mats inspired by Land Art. In 1991, Berrux helped to establish lighting design company Dix Heures Dix which has provided products for art gallery shops all over the world and has exhibited at the musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Fabrice Berrux has developed some of Roche Bobois's most distinctive lighting ranges, including those made using innovative materials and techniques such as pleated fabric, altuglass resin and bulbs that can completely alter the ambiance of a space.
