Wine carafe

The idea for the carafe originated from the AUERBERG philosophy to work together with regional manufactures. At the beginning were the paper models which I then implemented together with the glass-specialised school Zwiesel. The extraordinary aspect of this carafe is that it should also function without handle. Therefore, I have shaped the neck so narrowly that somebody with smaller hands will also have no problems to grasp it well and to handle it. Here, again, functionality as the propelling force for a new image. My three glasses are derived from the carafe, in terms of shape – but without handle.
