Objects in the working world have always fascinated me to the same extent that home furniture has bored me. That’s why I considered furniture which is based on the realistic beauty of functional objects. I incorporated my preference for minimalist art: formal simplicity, logical construction and serial alignments. I designed these multi-purpose wheeled containers for AUERBERG, with simple pine boxes which can be taken out, as is common for commercial use to arrange and transport things. The steel frame with inline-skate wheels is kept minimalistic and thus achieves a self-contained effect.
