The Ascent Rise module, with sculptural contours and a sloping backrest, brings a graceful flow to any area. Its partial backrest delivers comfortable support while maintaining generous sightlines across the room. Double-sided and fully modular, the Rise provides high seating capacity and adapts to suit any layout or space.

Concept

As its name suggests, Ascent elevates public-space seating with a flexible, modular solution that adapts as surroundings evolve. Inspired by organic forms, it blends functionality and timeless aesthetics: soft contours, smooth textures, and sustainably sourced wood create interiors that are warmer and more welcoming. Available as Bench, Single Back, Double Back, and the Rise module (sloping profile), Ascent accepts armrests, tables, and chargers; a variety of planters mounted on the beam, freestanding or integrated into configurations, are available. Ergonomic add-ons provide accessibility for a wide range of mobility needs.

Winner of the Red Dot Award for Product Design 2021.

Sustainability: All wood is 100% certified and responsibly sourced. Steel components contain 70–95% recycled steel, and aluminum parts 75% recycled aluminum. The wood is finished with a 0% VOC hard-wax oil for easy maintenance. Made in Sweden, individual parts are replaceable to extend the product’s life cycle. 15-year warranty.
