From daybreak to dusk we are illuminated, comforted and inspired by our nearest star. An imposing disc, its appearance beyond the horizon is synonymous with positivity, growth and new beginnings. Its gleaming arc has inspired awe since time began and as its daily cycle nears completion, the world is united in appreciation of its beauty.

Like its solar namesake, Sol’s presence heralds a wonderful day ahead. But in a narrative shift, as the day lengthens, Sol only shines brighter. A stylish and dramatic shade by day, a beautifully integrated LED light unit provides subtle illumination as evening approaches and the shadows fade into night.

Available with either a Meteor or White powder coated, aluminium frame, Sol’s canopy is formed using Sorrel wicker, a strikingly satisfying combination of naturally textured and variegated fibres, hand woven to achieve a lattice effect that results in an enticing dappled shade instead of the solid shadow cast by traditional fabric canopies.
