With its wooden frame protruding from the wall-mounted metal structure, the Alix lightweight bookcase furnishes the wall by breaking its monotony. The careful choice of materials is at the core of this project, consisting of simple and linear shapes: the concept is strengthened by the use of aluminium, a cold and tenacious material that makes the structure optically light, combined with the warmth of the wood, the real star of Alix’s design.
