Concept
Dave N. Port is a small, elegant writing and computer desk for the bedroom or the study. It is made entirely of european walnut or oak and soft leather covering. Another variation is Dave, in coated MDF available in green or red.
A slidable worktop hides a shelf for keyboard, laptop and other writing utensils. Multi-plugs and power adapters are hidden in an easy accessible box. cables find their way through the table legs.
The davenport is back.

Biography Ralf Carl Nimmrichter Independent Architect and Designer since 1999. Graduated at the ETH in Architecture 1996. Was Research and Teaching Assistant at the ETHZ under Prof. Paul Meyer and Prof. Marc Angélil. Worked for Interbrand Zintzmeyer and Lux in Zurich, Bétrix & Consolascio in Erlenbach and with Machado and Silvetti Associates in Boston, MA, USA. Held lectures at CODEM, centre for Corporate Design Management, at the University of Solothurn and at the Collegium Helveticum ETH Zurich. Founder of nimmrichter cda. Engaged since 1999 with Corporate Design and Brand Development. The focus of his work is Corporate Architecture which means architecture as an expression of corporate values and instrumental in the identity and marketing of companies. Has been nominated for the Deutscher Designpreis 2008 for the Interior Design of Burrioptik, Zurich. Was responsible for the design of UBS swiss branch redesign in 2007. 2009 founder of the label aer for contemporary classic design. Born 1968, married with two children.
