Poland is open for business. While we can't predict the future, the recent expansion drive of its economy has been characterised by rapidly rising wages, major foreign investment and a buoyant construction industry.

Architecturally speaking, it's not office blocks and shopping malls that are springing up. Carefully planned residential projects are becoming an enviable platform for Polish creativity and innovation, with confident expression and a judicious choice of materials at the fore. Staying at home in Poland might just be the new going out.

And introducing...Warsaw Build
Photo: Warsaw Home
Warsaw Build is an international building and interior finishing materials fair that will be held for the first time this year alongside Warsaw Home. The event was created for architects, engineers, construction services sector workers, developers, investors, and representatives from the R&D sector.

Organisers noticed a great demand for a fair of this type after observing the growth of one of Warsaw Home's zones – Interior Finish – which was host to a great number of professional visitors in previous years. Which is why it was decided to launch this new event.

In the future, the plan is for Interior Finish to become a part of Warsaw Build, but this year there are two separate fairs for you to enjoy: Warsaw Home and Warsaw Build.

Unikato is a residential building located in the center of Katowice – once a dynamic industrial city. The testimony of that era are the impressive modernist buildings. The city today faces challenges related to increasing suburbanisation and traffic, but Unikato seeks to help reverse this trend and breathe new life into the area.
