SWAP Architektur was created by four partners 2006: Georg Unterhohenwarter, Rainer Fröhlich, Thomas Grasl and Christoph Falkner. “SWAP – I am the space” is the slogan for their architecture. The focus is on the creation of space, which enables the users an extended experience of spatiality. SWAP offer the entire scope of architectural services which enables a holistic approach to the goal described above. This approach is implemented over all scales. After working on residential buildings the main focus of the company is now on the design of health care and education projects. Next to the work on realizations SWAP is interested in theoretical issues of architecture especially its connection to technological and social developments.
