SolarLab is based in Denmark and leverage local sustainable resources, as well as our architectural heritage, to design and manufacture custom solar facades for architectural projects around the world. With more than 20 years of experience producing traditional solarpanels, we are now entirely focused on the design and manufacturing of complete and customised solar facades.

Our BIPV (Building Integrated Photo Voltaic) facade systems and unparalleled design freedoms, make it both cost-effective and easy to replace traditional facade materials with our maintenance free, beautiful and energy producing solar facade cladding.

Throughout the creative process our experienced team of architects and engineers are ready to help developers and architects and as a partner continuously de-risk the process and critical path towards more sustainable architecture, from early pre-tender scoping and ideation to realization and commissioning.

On-site power generation is increasingly required to comply with local building codes and to support the transition towards more sustainable architecture. Our solar claddings provide a new dynamic facade material that will pay for itself environmentally and financially, while it also frees up roof tops for bio-diversity and rainwater managing green roofs as well as social activities.
