The project consisted in the intervention of a building, located in the Condesa neighborhood, considered urban cultural heritage of artistic value, as per the Heritage Conservation program.

The main objective of this project was to renew the building without altering its original appearance. The building was originally designed by Architect José Creixell M. and built in 1953. The intervention proposal focuses on: lightening the building, strengthening its structure and restoring the interior and exterior finishes.

The interior walls of the apartments were demolished to lighten the structure, provide more light and space, and improve the flow. Most existing finishes were preserved, some were removed to be cleaned and restores, and others were replaced by new pieces with the same characteristics. The facade was completely restored.
